SPOTKANIE MEDYTACYJNE

Zapraszam na wspólną medytację.

Będziemy się spotykać co miesiąc, żeby poznać różne techniki medytacyjne i móc to doświadczenie wykorzystać we własnej codziennej praktyce.

Pierwsze spotkanie w najbliższy wtorek 22.11.2016 po ostatnich zajęciach jogi ok. godz. 21:10 do 22:10.

Od dnia 10.09.2018 spotykamy się co tydzień w środy po zajęciach o godz 20:15.
