Już za tydzień Majówka, więc zajęcia jogi w innych niż normalnie godzinach i tylko na zapisy!

W poniedziałek 30.04 normalnie – zajęcia jogi na godz. 20:00

 

We wtorek 01.05 na prośbę uczestników będą poranne zajęcia o godz. 9:00 (jak pogoda będzie sprzyjająca to poćwiczymy na trawie)

 

W środę 02.05 zapraszam wieczorem na godz. 19:00 (dla pracujących i nie tylko w ten dzień)

 

 

 

W czwartek robimy sobie wolne od zajęć, ale nie od jogi – każdy praktykuje to co najbardziej lubi (tylko medytacja lub tylko ulubione asany lub …)

W sobotę 05.05 – jak zwykle na zapisy i od teraz na godz. 9:00
