ZAPRASZAM NA MÓJ WARSZTAT „Oddech jogiczny od podstaw, nauka bandh i ich praktyczne zastosowanie w mudrach”

Podczas warsztatu poznamy pełny oddech jogiczny i zastosujemy go w praktyce
wybranych sekwencji asan, następnie nauczymy się wykonywania trzech bandh (dżalandhara bandhy, mula bandhy i uddijana bandhy) i dowiemy się jakie
jest ich działanie oraz jak wpływają na ułożenie ciała w pozycjach jogi.

Sednem warsztatu będą mudry ciała, poznamy je i wykonamy w miarę możliwości uczestników – jest to zaawansowana praktyka, którą warto poznać i samemu ocenić
czy chce się ją kontynuować. Zakończymy warsztat relaksem ciała.
