Joga na trawie

Przy słonecznej i ciepłej pogodzie będziemy zamiast na sali spotykali się w ogrodzie na zajęciach jogi na trawie. 

Zajęcia na świeżym powietrzu będą dotyczyły tylko zajęć czwartkowych na godz. 17:15 i sobotnich na godz. 9:00. 

 

Wszystkie osoby uczestniczące w powyższych zajęciach proszę o sprawdzanie w harmonogramie zajęć – gdzie odbędą się zajęcia.  Można też wysłać sms’a lub zadzwonić, gdy nie macie akurat dostępu do internetu. Informacje będą się pojawiać dzień wcześniej, bo jak wiemy pogoda bywa kapryśna i czasami trudna do przewidzenia.

Proszę też o rozwagę przy wybieraniu środka transportu – jest trochę mało miejsca do parkowania – z góry serdecznie dziękuję.
