Zapraszamy od września na zajęcia jogi

Po wakacjach przepełnieni słońcem wracamy do normalnego trybu prowadzenia zajęć. Maty i koce wyprane już wróciły do sal wraz z innymi pomocami.

Ruszamy od 4-go września – czyli od środy w Zabrzu i od czwartku w Gliwicach. Zapraszam serdecznie wszystkich chętnych kontynuować praktykę jogi oraz tych, którzy chcą  spróbować po raz pierwszy.
